Maintenance schedule

Hi all,

I'm looking at purchasing a 2003 330xi and it's approaching 57000 miles on the clock. What's the maintenance schedule for this car? Is there a major, costly service around the corner at 60000?

I'm curious to know what kind of costs I'll be looking at now that it's out of the factory warranty too.

I tried searching the forum to find the BMW recommended maintenance schedule for the 330's, but no luck. Does anyone happen to know where they are or have a link to them?

All services are costly but yes there is a 60K service coming up. Also you will probably find the brake need replacing and they are no cheap. BMW recommends replacing the rotors with every brake job so you are looking $400-$600 in a brake job.
I would insist on the service being done before buying the car.

The 60,000 mile service runs between 500.00 and 700.00 to get done, depends on the dealership you go to.

u have a driver fed back indicator in the instrument cluster / i drive it will indicate to u either an oil service or an inspection service - the inspection service being the more expensive of the two.
