Mods for 330i PP

Picking up '04 330i PP in early Jan. Interested in hp/torque and rim/tire mods (Dinan CAI, ACS Type IV's, SO-3's)? Feedback welcome.

If you are going to get the CAI, get the performance chip too. They work better hand and hand.
