I have this problem too, but its with the Gen V DDE's. Fortunately, it only happens during extended periods of high humidity. I don't know too much about installing the phosphyre DDE's, but if you had to drill holes in the headlight housing to get the wires through, I'm guessing that you can eliminate the problem by sealing these holes with some silicone sealer.
