Got back from my second trip to Europe in 2 months. Saw quite a few Bimmers. Finally saw cloth seats in some of them. Let me tell you, it should be illegal to put cloth seats in Bimmers. Quite ugly IMO. [thumbd] Also, noticed that Europeans aren't into "adorning" their cars like we do in the States. Not sure, but I believe I saw 14" wheels on some of the smaller Bimmers. In general, Europeans haven't come to appreciate nice rims like we do in the States. Saw more rubber than wheel. Another thing that is different is a third of the taxis are Bimmers, a third Mercedes Benz, and the other third everything else.
The wife now thinks the Mini Cooper is cute, so she's looking at those instead of a Bimmer. Not sure how I feel about that. Are the Mini's engineered by the English or Germans. I believe they're built in England.
