Navigation DVD?

OK I bought a 2006 330CI and I've been told different things about the Navigation system. The salesman here where I am says that when I pick the car up in the U.S. at the dealer it gets delivered to that I have to buy a DVD to install some software for the nav. to work from the dealer. Than I went to that dealer in the US they said that the car will come with the DVD to install it. Has anyone else here done this that knows whats going on?thanks for you help!email me or just respond.

If you order DVD Navigation from BMW, the vehicle will come with the most recent DVD disc to work on the navigation unit. When you take delivery of the car, you shouldn't have to do or pay anything...the DVD will already be in the car and there is nothing to install or do on your part.

I just took delivery of 2006 E91 with Nav, and as above poster noted, the car came with the DVD and appropriate software installed, no need to do or buy anything additional. In fact, I found an extra BMW Nav DVD in the trunk, perhaps it is a back-up (exact same disc).

Not sure if they still do this, but I received the first year renewal for free as well.
