Go with the styling you like you will be much happier. The only thing to consider on the 2006 is it is a new design and my have some problems, but it will be under warrenty. Having the latest greatest thing works good for me, I would do the 2006.
Get the 330ci ZHP since it does 60 in about 5.9 seconds, the new 330i wont do that. It also is an E46 and looks great, the model phase out fact also means less $$$.
