I replaced mine a while back.
There is a black skirting held in by a few screws in front of the tires. You will need to position your tires appropriately in order to get your hands in there. Once you're in, you will need to disconnect the wires... then all you have to do is twist the housing for the foglights. In order to become familiar w/ the housing.. you can practice w/ your headlights, which are much easier to access. Be careful not to touch the bulb itself, i've heard it can be ruined very easily.
Hardest part was removing and putting back the skirting...
This is assuming everything is the same from my car to yours... I replaced them with Hoen Xenonmatch Titanium bulbs...
