dude, you gotta post what options are included and the mileage. KBB is the standard for car pricing, and edmunds has a pretty reliable pricing guide too. But if you want my opinion, i would need to know mileage and opions, however, i think 15,900 is damn good for a mint condition e46 sedan.

everything you posted was standard except for leather. power seats, moonroof, sports package, premium package, xenon headlights those are options. But with what you posted, and the mileage, and assuming that it is in excellent condition, the vale for it should be around 18000 and some change in US Dollars. This is about what you would expect to pay in southern california, so i dont know how relevant of a figure this is for you up in toronto. hope it helps. goodluck!

Considering that the car is priced considerably lower than its market value, I would say that it is a steal, especilly if it is in mint condition. You should definitely consider it, because you probably wont find any others in that kind of condition at that good of a price. However, you may want to consider a preowened one from the dealer. It'll be more pricey, but with a used vehicle it is smart to consider getting one that has a warranty on it. If the car has an extended 100k mile arranty, then take it! Keep in mind that BMW maitenance is not cheap. A simple brake job can cost you 300 plus dollars. Warranty is a good idea.

yeah that sounds like a fairly good deal. most important thing though is to take a close look at the car and the mint condition. besides myharley's idea carfax is another info source for VIN checks.
May be you have a buddy or relative running a shop or experienced enough to check the car for you.

I have another quicky question. Does the 20 horsepower between the 323i and the 328i make a bgi difference between the two cars and if I wanted to buy a 323i and add more horses how could I do that??
