New 5 series Wagon "Touring"

Hey Everyone,

Does anyone know if the new 5er wagon will be making it to the states? It is not listed as an available model on the BMW website for 2005 models, and our salesman also said that the dealership has not been told of it's arrival. It is listed as available at bmw.de.

Our next door neighbors (current MBZ drivers) are very impressed by our beautiful, hot and life saving Bimmers :) and they want to make the life-changing choice of switching to BMW [hihi] ...but they want the new 5er wagon. They keep asking us when it is coming out, and I have no frickin' idea.

Have any inside information??? Thanks!

Think BMW will offer the new 3 series as a wagon again here?

pretty sure there is gonna be a 5 series wagon as well as a 3 series, as for the date, not sure....i think in the spring of 05 for the 5 series wagon, not sure though
