Noah Car Cover...Smudges??

I bought one of these Noah Car covers from the dealer and it smudges the heck out of my windows? What the heck? Its almost like there is some oil or residue on the inside of the cover or it is condensation...but it is usually dry when i put it on...? Am I the only one who has this retarded problem? Do I need to machine wash the thing? [???1]

I have the same problem when the car is covered outside. I just normally wipe it down with a towel after it's uncovered.

It happens. I've seen some small bugs under my cover after unconvering the car, maybe it was just that and they were smeared on the windshield by a few wind gusts?

It desn't hurt to was the cover every once in a while. I normally do my best to load it in the laundromat washers inside-out. This will help in removing and dust or other crap that may collect to the cover.
