not starting. where is the fuel pump relay????

320 IA 1997, was working great, suddenly wanted to use it it didn't start. starter is working, battery is perfect, i checked all the fuses, etc.... then going to check the fuel pump i was trying to remove it's connector i tried to run the car and it run!!!! the next day it did not run, only the starter.....
any idea? where i can locate the fuel pump relay cos it is not next to the fuse box as it is mentioned in my wiring diagram.

On my 97 328i (UK model), it is located next to the fuse box under a black plastic cover along with 2 other relays. Its the first relay (closest to the front end of the car).

I changed mine recently as it only cost £6 from BMW and minor hesistations during sudden/instant throttle changes were eliminated and the driveability is now slightly better as well.
