Took me about 9 Hours at going 2 miles a second.
Wow, hey can you remember writing that?
Chill, dude! I did the math and you were off by a factor or two. You took off 130,000 miles in nine hours which works out to almost exactly 4 miles a second. A new land speed record. In reverse, no less.
And if you'd read a little more carefully, I was talking about DISABLING MY ODOMETER (And the speedometer still works? Bonus!) AND COMMITTING FRAUD, which was why I asked the facetious question about revoking a security clearance at the end (the answer is most assuredly yes, IYWTK). Do you have a security clearance? Oh, wait, that's me, the guy that works on Tomahawk missile systems.
I wasn't busting on you for adjusting your odometer to the actual mileage on your car. You were quite clear about what you were doing and it was obvioulsly within the law. Besides, if 1) I thought you were breaking the law and 2) I cared enough to say something to you about it (I don't), believe me I wouldn't stutter.
People gotta take life a little less seriously around here. Isn't this supposed to be about having fun?
Steve
PS - Good job on adjusting your odometer. I like that you had a problem and were able to figure out a way to fix it.
