Opinions: Is this a good deal?

My wife and I have an 03 z4 and we love it. Im a finance manager at a local dealership and we traded a couple days ago a 06 330i with Sport, Premium, Nav, satelitte radio and auto/steptronic in Sparkling Graphite. It has 5890 miles went into service 11.29.05. On employee purchase I can buy for 35,200+++ which will come to about 37500 out the door. Want to make sure this isnt too good to be true, and that im not overpaying. Please advise.

HELL YES! GOOD DEAL

I bought a 325i with 16k for 32.2k about 3months ago, out the door was under 34k. its in service date was 5-15-05. it has sport package, zenons, leather, back up sensors, and is 6spd. also, its certified. i feel that was a good deal, so if i were you, YES. plus, sparkling graphite is the best color. my 325 has the terra leather too. hot! good luck.
