Ok, you all probably know about how my car is a leaky bitch. And its about $600 to fix it. Paint job is god knows how much and bumpers are 1k. The cost to fix it/do what I want to it is to great. I was looking for a m50 engine for fun and I found a nice little 89 325ix. Im in MN so AWD would be REALLY nice. The prblem is:
1. Its an auto
2. The suspension and shocks are compleatly shot
3. Powersteering has a leak
The only reason I am considering this is because everything else is almost mint condition. I wouldn't mind tearing it down and swapping some parts from my manual tranny e30.
So pretty much my question is, how much does a new decent suspension/shocks cost? Nothing fancy but something that will work good.
