I brought my car to Paul Miller BMW on Monday to see if how much it will cost to recharge my AC. They were like, oh it'lls be $140.. I'm like. umm.... So the service girl checked to see if my car was still under warranty, and she was like, oh.. your warranty doesn't run out till the 27th. So, I made an appointment for the next day. Next day comes and goes, dropped off the car, and got an 04' 330i as a loaner car. Then picked up my car at the end of the day. AC works, i was like. ahhh that's nice. Later on that night, it started to rain like there was not tomorrow. Turned on my headlights, and I get this bulb out warning on my dash. I'm like.. its not my signal light is it. So i flicked the signal light, it was fine. I got up close to a car that was stopped infront of me, and I realized that my low beams on the right side was out. I'm like.. ahhh crap. On the way home I"m looking around and I don't see anything. I figured that they must've disconnected my headlights when they were working on the AC, since the condenser is under the headlight. I took it back to Paul Miller BMW, and they brought a guy out, and with a bulb, and he looked to change the bulb. Then he realized I had xenon lights. He was like. Umm.. you're gonna have to make an appointment since xenon bulbs don't just go out, and we'd have to do a diagnostics on the car. I'm like yeah I know. So, I make the appointment, then head back to the office. End of the day arrives, and I'm like, I really don't feel like driving around with only 1 headlight on. I popped the hood, and saw where the guy was trying to find the low beam bulbs, I'm looking, then I saw this red thing just kinda dangling around. I'm like.. What are the chances. I turned on the headlights, and plugged the socket into the bulb, and Wala!!! My headlights work again. Now, OFF to cancel that un-needed appointment.

Wow, they just forgot to plug the light back in? LOL.

Last time Chris BMW changed my oil, they didn't bother to put a washer on the drain bolt or use the rubber ring for the oil filter cap. Can you believe that? If I hadn't changed it myself the next time, I never would have known. Not that big of a deal, but still....sloppy maintenance work.

Oh the best part was when I got the car back from getting the AC fixed.. they said the car just came out from being washed. I'm like.. kewls, they washed my car, even though I just washed int a couple of days ago. So, I get in the car, i'm driving.. and i'm like.. what did they wash?? The windows still have that dried rain stain from the day before, and the hood is all covered with pollen. Yeah.. they sure washed the car.

I gotta say, sloppy work on a car, espeically if ur a dealer is really bad.

once we took our car to a BMW repair place, very well known and trusted place...and they replaced our radiator...long story short...they forgot the radiator coolent
OUCH!! When'd you realize this? Kinda odd that they "forgot" since the coolant sensor would've been brightly lit up in the dash.
