Parts shipped to workplace?

I just went through a song and dance with Pacific BMW, where I ordered an UGDO and unbeknownst to me, they slapped a "Signature Required" notation on the UPS delivery. I had to take a 20-mile trip to the UPS distribution center to pick up the package, since there was no one home during the day to intercept the UPS driver. What a pain!
It was especially irritating that the consumer cannot specify removing this signature requirement at the time of the order. When I called Pacific, their phone clone mumbled that "It was company policy" to have the signature requirement.
Delivery to a workplace would be acceptable, but now that you say Pacific does not allow this, that eliminates that option.
Circle BMW's fine print shows that they require a signature on any order over $200. So much for them, too!
So does anyone know of a good place to order OEM stuff that does NOT require a signature on delivery?
