Question #1, are the PIAA Xtreme White Plus or the Xtreme White bulbs street legal? #2, and if so are they designed to replace the regular light bulbs or do they connect to some fancy lighting system that must first be purchased. Basically, I'm asking can I simply purchase the Xtreme/Plus light bulbs and plug them into the stock, non-Xenon BMW light sockets without being harrassed by the local badged defenders.
