My hoen xenonmatch fogs arrived today and I installed them and took some before and after pics for y'all.....

These are the 9006 55w Hoen. Before pic has the stock 55w halogen fogs.

The Hoen color is really a perfect match to my xenons. The install was fairly easy, took about 15 minutes for both....just a little bit of redness on my knuckles. [thumb]

Before......

bmwrocks, the fog lights look great. How is the output of the bulbs compared to the stock fog light bulbs? Is it better than stock? But then again, I know it's hard to tell because those Xenon headlights are just so bright.

ludat, check your PM.

MrElussive, the light output is about the same as the wattage is the same. And you are right it is hard to tell because the xenons are so f-ing bright. I have never actually used them in the fog.....either the old or the new.

And the fogs can only come on when the low beams are on so they only actually light up an additional area close to the ground in front of the car. The xenons overshadow them beyond a few feet.

I just did it strictly for the looks really.

Also ricers can see them and get jealous.....[rofl] [cheers] [headbang]

Harman1, your car's low-beam bulbs are H7 and your car's high-beam bulbs are H7. Your car's fog light bulbs are H4. Go to the web site and click on 'xenonmatch' and purchase the H4 bulbs for your fog lights. Then click on 'xenomatch plus' and purchase two pairs of H7 bulbs for your low-beams and high-beams.
Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.

wow, they look good. I think I'm gonna wait a bit though. I dunno why but there aren't too many cars with xenons in my city. I like the contrast b/c it's more obvious that I have real xenons rather than blue tinted light bulbs.

Send Hoen an email and ask them which bulbs are for your car. They know.

Thanks MrElussive for the info. Will those bulbs have a real bright white look. Do you suggest those or a bulbs with more of a blueish tint to them.
