Pressure Monitor??

does the e90 have a tire pressure monitor? how are you to know you have a leak with run flats??? thanks, i did a search and couldnt find any of that. sorry if this ones been covered. yes/ no will work.

Yes, there is a tire pressure monitor. An alarm will sound and display message on dashboard. I think that is a Federal requirement for run flats.

anyone actually seen this happen. i guess i jinxed myself by asking this question, but i have a hole in one of my tires and no alarm?? go figure? i have a 325i with the sport package in case that matters

I don't think the monitor will tell you if you have a hole, but I do think it will tell you if your low on pressure. Run flats are made so you can keep driving after a puncture for many miles, and you probably won't lose pressure. Get it fixed.
