Problem with 325ci

Anyone else having my problems. I have a 2004 325ci convertible and I feel like I've have nothing but problems with it. I've had it for almost a year and here's what I've experienced so far.

1. Wind-shield washer fluid freezes. The salesman told me that once in a while the put in a water and fluid mix. What kind of BS is that, I just spent $40,000 on this new car and your being cheat with me on washer fluid.

2. About a week ago I could not open the passenger door from the outside, but I could from the inside. Took to the dealer and they fixed it.

3. Yesterday, I dropped it off at the dealer, cuz I could not get out of the driver door from the inside, but I can open the door from the outside. They told me found nothing wrong. But by the time I got home I could not get out again. Today the dealer picked it up. They have it now and told them not to return until they fix it.

4. The latch on the truck broke, but that was a problem on many of these models had. BMW found a fix and they took care of it. But who wants to have so many problems with one car.

Please tell me there are others like me out there.

wow, sounds like a Lemon. Keep detailed records of everything. You might have to file a lemon law case.

Those 04 bmws sure don't sound good. Wonder what happened. My 03 is fine. Well, the passenger seat started vibrating when no one was in it, but it mysteriously stopped. Maybe it's only on certain bad roads. Otherwise, my only other complaint is the gas mileage (cuz I came from a Civic so anything under 25mpg feels bad).

Well, it sucks that this is happening to you. I don't think it qualifies for lemon law but they certainly need to make things right for you.

I have 2004 330ci and don't have a complaint about it so far.

sounds like just a couple latches out of adjustment...pain in the ass, but maybe the latch-adjuster robot on the line was just having a bad day....

try owning a Land Rover if you want true vehicle quality excitement....LOL
