That Video has nothing to do with this post but that is insane! That stupid guy is riding that scooter in shorts. If he would crash the road surface would be like a file. It would scrape him to the bones! Very dangerous.

Actually they have had a very big problem with carackings in S. Africa. They have a special police force that drives Bimmers to catch car thieves. Some proposed security kit include two very heavy, large, long iron rods that swing out and break the assailants shins as well. I read a road and track article about it last year.
