WD40 may let the pulley last a little longer due to the extra lubrication, but the pulley is already going bad and will get worse. If your mechanic has easy access to the other pulleys when he does the one that is going out, the cost of replacing all three may not be that much more than just replacing the one due to the labor of getting to the pulleys to begin with. Not to mention, you will have the peace of mind that all of the pulleys were replaced after 150,000 miles. You may never see a problem in the other pulleys at all or they could start to go in another week - you just never really know for sure.
