Hi there

any suggestion? i was just wondering why is the BMW engine gets so hot? is this normal? or is it because of the power the BMW engines generates?

any idea as far as technicality is concerned? just wondering..

Does your engine temperature gauge in the dash read normal?

I think I understand what you are asking. I have noticed that it does seem warmer under the hood of a BMW than some other cars, but not that the car is overheating.

My opinion is that the BMWs are better insulated and sealed under the hood, so the heat collects under the hood more so than some other cars.
