Repair Survey

Well, I did it. I tore up my service center in the survey about my repair that took almost a month this summer. I have regrets but no doubt that it needed to be done. Now I am sure I am on a list there. Oh well, maybe it will help someone else.

Should always be honest. Otherwise, they'll never improve. You pay $30,000+ for a car, you should get good service.

I tore up my service dept on the last survey too. I had an appointment at 12:00 noon to get a tire patched (that's another story). I stood there for 20 minutes before I got any help, not to mention the hot blonde who walked in after me that didn't know how to set her clock, and they helped her first. It pissed me off. Isn't the whole idea of having an appointment is to be able to get in and out quickly.

I gave the survey person a real earful, explaining every detail. I actually reamed the service dept. and not the advisors per say, as they did a decent job given the ineptness of the mechanics.

I wonder if they will sabotage my car next time I am in as revenge.....
