Hi! i have an OEM alarm system installed on my e36 but somehow I lost the remote for the alarm. I went to the dealer and one of the guy said I can't replace the remote because it only works with the unit it came with.
Is he right? Is it possible to order a new remote? e.i. give them my serial number or something like that... any ideas? thanks!
