!!! rims upgrade please help !!!

I'm driving a 2004 325i with 2500 miles on it. Saw many 325i's with 17" rims and totally craved for a similar sporty look on my bimmer. I just saw a pretty good deal at www.bmwwheels.com for a total of about $1200 on all 4 rims and I'd probably go for it. One thing before making decision, though. What's the best way to sell my stock rims/tires (16" #44 style). Do you think if I get the new rims from the BMW dealer they'll trade the old ones? Sorry if this topic has been brought up already. Any comments on how/where to get best deal on new OEM rims and to sell stock rims/tires will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again you guys.

If you are thinking of upgrading your wheel..consider 18" or 19". The best price on OEM wheels http://pacificbmw.com/ or http://www.circlebmw.com/

use your stock ones for winter if you get snow where you are located, other than that, i'd go with the 18" or you'll see lots of cars with 18" and you'll definately "crave for a similar sporty look" on your bimmer...just my opinion, nothing wrong with 17", they are really nice too.

if you would like to sell your old rims you could do a couple of things...you could put up some pictures of them or what style # they are and how much you want for them and see if any member would give you anything for them, personally i like to sell stuff on ebay...its the fastest way to sell stuff and usually there are tons of people looking to buy so you'll get a decent price

I agree. Go with 18's or 19's. My Bimmer came with 17's and the first thing I did was get 18's and I still think there's too much rubber. Here's a pic.
