.... you kiddin?... you have any idea how much that would cost & what's entailed in doing that? not only are you talking new doors etc and changing the entire door frames, but you're cutting up structural parts of the chasis to do so

i guarantee you this would cost at least 5-10 grand... no offesnse, but this is probably one of the dumbest ideas that i've ever heard... you're better off welding the rear doors shut & filling the cracks w/ bondo

lol....uh....just go buy a coupe. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper. To convert I would jest that you'd spend about 5-6K easilty with all the custom body work, paint, parts, etc. Not really even worth it to think about it.

Nah I wasn't really planning on doing it just was interested if it could be done or if people do it alot ever. I see a lot of dirty ricers with the back doors welded shut. I thought it would be like welding the doors shut, fixing the body to make it seamless, then just swapping the interior door panels for the back ones fomr a coupe.

even if you welded the doors shut, the panels wouldn't fit... just look at a 2-door vs a 4-door & you can see that the doors on the 2-door are about 10 inches or so longer than the ones on the 4-door... if you wanna make it look EXACTLY like a stock 2-door, you'll LITERALLY have to saw up the ENTIRE SIDE of the damn chasis... and that's just the beginning.... paint work, welding, finishing, interior, seats (need em to fold forward if you wanna take more than one passenger), the actual doors...... by the time you're done, i wouldn't be suprised if the entire side of the car car is warped & wavy

i seriously can't begin to immagine even 1/2 of the amount of work & money it would take to make it look exactly like a factory coupe

it would seriously be the biggest waste of money on an e30............ ever
