So I bring my car in to the dealer today b/c the service engine light is on and I get a call from my service advisor after the diagnostic that there were a few other things that needed to be fixed. He explained what was wrong and I decided to get a couple things done and to hold off on the others for now. Now it's late afternoon and I get a call from the service advisor again to give me a status report on the repairs and he said as they were doing a safety check my rear window won't go back up. I've gotten the regulators replaced on a couple of the windows already but he quoted that it would be around $330 parts and labor. Shouldn't they fix it for free since they were in possession of the car when the window broke? I can't really prove they broke it but the window was working fine before I brought it in. Can anyone offer advice? Thanks. [:(!]

If you are sure they broke the window I would then discuss it with the service advisor and if you cannot reach the solution raise it up to the manager of the dealership.
They should be 100% responsible is they broke but again with electrical stuff funny things happen.
