Hey guys, my roommate needs some body work done so since this forum has been so helpful to me, thought I'd ask if anyone in the bay area knew some good body shops. I know you dont want to get work done on your car just anywhere. If anyone has any experience with any good body shops or have any recommendations in the east bay I'd appreciate it. Personally, I wouldnt let anyone but the dealer touch my BMW but it'd be good to know for future reference about some good body shops. Thanks guys!

you do know that your dealer likely just ships out the work to be done at a local body shop. why don't you just ask your dealer where they send their body work to be done? I'd also consider shops near SF or even the South Bay. Yeah they're farther, but they also have more rich areas and thus the body shops there likely have more experience with luxury cars.
