Shipping Updated?

Has anyone tracked their car from "At port awaiting transport" to the vehicle actually onboard a ship? If so, was the info updated in real time if you used the Wallenius Wilhelmsen's website to track it? My car is supposed to be on the ship called the 'TRANCED'. This ship leaves today and it is already 6pm in Germany and my VIN is not coming up under Cargo Tracking . No help from W.W. customer service, they tell me that they can only realease info to my dealership .

I e-mailed W&W because 2 days after the ship departed, my VIN still didn't register. They found a data loading glitch, fixed it, and thanked me for alerting them. The guy "Arne" thanked me, and said it should have shown up the next day.

My experience was that they keep it pretty much up to date every day. I remember that the status changed from one day to the next as my car's ship docked in Novia Scotia, left Novia Scotia, docked in NJ, and was offloaded.

Well it's official, for some damn reason, my car wasn't on that boat . I was told that it would be[???1] . Next ship docks on Feb 6, arrives on the east coast on the 19th. It better be on that one
