Another drunken post from good ole longhorn...

Driving today.. I saw a beautiful '04 325I... driven by a beautiful mom.

That's what makes me mad! The brake dust caked on the fronts so bad, the whole world could have a slice.

All she does is bus the kids around and buys some groceries... you think she could find some time to clean the fricken car!

I hear ya....(about your comments and concerning the number of drinks I've had...)

My Audi allegedly has the dreaded European car brake dust problem (I see it on others)..but I've yet to notice the problem EVER on my car...perhaps washing the car once a week or so - incl wheels - helps - eh? [idea] [bath]

i hear ya...i wash my car whenever i see it needs a wash (depending 3-5 days) to keep it extrmely clean and nice...but my mom and dad's cars (which are both 7 series so they are extrememly large and hard to wash) they dont really wash their cars that often...and i usually dont have the time to wash 3 cars by myself (brother wont help me, wait til he gets his car and i dont help him) so im trying to figure out the best way to wash the cars and its hard due to the schedule. the 745Li is driven at night since my dad likes to work at night and since he owns the company he does what he wants, and the 740iL is driving during hte day and has an extremely large amount of driving...i got to figure out a washing schedule

That would be Southern California. I think 85% of the people with BMWs bought them purely for status reasons, and not cuz they actually like to drive it. Oh they come to appreciate the driving feel, but that's not why they bought it.

That saddens me... I guess I need to come to the realization that there are BMW owners out there that really don't care....

As much as I don't want to believe it.... deep down... I know it's true...

I feel for those cars with thoughtless owners...
