I'm getting ready to order a front stress bar for my car from Ireland Engineering. It's identical to the sparco bar, except the Sparco bar is designed for the M3's shorter engine block and doesn't fit properly around the I6's cruise control assembly because the engine is longer.

IE charges $130 for these...if anyone else is interested, I can do a group buy for $99.95 plus actual shipping. The bar is also available in 2 widths due to 2 different measurements found between strut towers. 39.5" or 38.5". Just measure from center to center of the strut where the shock sticks through. The color is black and you can take it anywhere to have it powder coated in the color of your choice.

Look at Ebay for strut bars, usually a sparco bar is up there everyweek and sells for about 120 or so, maybe less. Ones from bavauto are a bit pricy for me, 180 not including shipping. Custom 3, interested in the group buy for the strut bars from Ireland Engineering.
