Stumble when revving down to idle

I've noticed this particularly when inching along in traffic: gas pedal, ease clutch, move forward a bit, let off the clutch (and gas) and the engine drops back to idle but almost seems to "overshoot", stumbling a bit before coming back up to normal idle.

Seems to happen all the time actually, but most noticeable when doing a lot of on/off/on/off, like when in traffic.

Nothing critical, but irritating. Is this a known thing? Any known fixes?

I had a similar problem. When in stop and go (never going beyond 2nd gear), when I'd drop her into neutral and remove pressure from gas it would sometimes do this. I noticed that it does it consistently when the rear defogger was on and some other features.

But also happened sometimes in stop and go without the defogger on. I asked a mechanic who told me run fuel injector cleaner. After that no problems.
