Subwoofer options

I am in the process of gutting the HK system from my 330
I have a problem with using the JL stealthboxes for the subwoofer- it takes the place of the rear speakers, which i was to replace to have rear fill. MB quarts in the front with a new Alpine head unit and Diamond audio D7 amps to complete
Any suggestions/pics of use of other subs in trunk?

Well I sacrificed trunk space and had my stuff custom installed check my page to see pics.
Might not help but it is one way to do it!!!
