The best H7 bulb for BMW E46

I have a BMW E46 construction year 2000. I want to change my low-beam and high-beam bulbs. The type of bulb is H7. From the factory the car has Philips bulbs. I want to tell me which is the best bulb. I am between osram silverstar and philips vision plus. Which is the best between these two ? What about blue bulbs? Are they better from the two i mentioned above ? Is the philips blue vision better than philips vision plus ? I want the best visibility and safety.

If you're talking about both Euro versions from Powerbulbs.com then here is what I think. The Philips Vision Plus and the Osram Silverstars are both the best Halogen bulbs money can buy. They both perfrom exactly the same except I think the Silverstars are a bit better in the rain. I used to have the Philips Vision Plus bulbs for my fogs/high beams and I absolutely love them (I am running Philips Rally Bulbs right now).

If you're going for a blue....like a zenon look...I've been told Philip Blue Vision and Hoen are goods ones to consider.

Yeah, I'm actually going to purchase a pair of Philips Blue Vision bulbs because the Philips Rally bulbs I just put on are good, but fog lights don't help overall illumination much, so I might as well have the fogs/high-beams at least match the Xenon headlights.
