The woman keeps complaining about the A/C

Has anyone noticed the AC being colder on the drivers side? Until the car gets totally cooled down, the AC on the passenger side is always noticeably warmer ( or doesn't get cold at all). The woman keeps complaining about this everytime! I keep telling her, the drivers more important! But really, is it time to recharge the AC? My car only has 45k on it, but it does seem to take forever for the car to cool - about 30 to 45 mins at freeway speeds and if I'm in traffic..might as well leave the windows open. [driving2]

i kind of feel this...the odd thing is that sometimes when driving its cool then you'll get a sudden burst of cool air...and when its not set on auto but on a degree and it just suddendly does a lot of cool air...
