They found it !!!!!!!!

As many of you may remember my post on the 26th of January asking for help because of an intermitent problem with my car and I thank you all for your ideas and help. After 3 times of being in the shop and the mechanic never having a problem, the dealership decided to give the car back to me and they would come to my house every morning when I would start it to be there incase it didn't start, the first morning out whata ya know it didn't start and they found out it was the fuel pump, which I had thought all along. Thank you all again!

Aloha BMWgrl , that's great !! You must have some good " skills " to get them down to your house every morning ..Did you have to bribe them with coffee and doughnuts ??

Now, THAT'S what I call customer service! There are a lot of dealerships that could take a lesson or two from yours!

You know, it must be REALLY nice being a girl sometimes. I don't mean to sound rude in any way, but guys, you gotta admit. Girls got it easy when dealing with men in business environments! But I'm glad you got that fixed BMWgrl!

Yeah, being a female might have something to do with it.

But glad you got great service, and youir problem resolved.

BTW, the service receptionist in my dealer looks like a Sports Illustrated smimsuit model.

I think I got such good service because they were tired of me calling them at the butt-crack of dawn, also paying for the towing, and having to arrange giving me a car. Also they know that I work on cars and so they couldn't snow me under with any b/s excusses, though they did try! O did I mention that I USED to date the one of the managers there, but I KNOW that has nothing to do with me getting great service and them kissing my ass [:D]
