00 is a 328CI. I have one. It is a great car but if I had to do it again I would get a 2001 330ci for the extra 32 hp.
00 S4 I test drove and almost bought.
Cons, they put in undersized turbo cooling lines in the 00 and early 01's so look out for that. Also sinces it will be loosing it's warrantee pretty quickly think about the difference between fixing a 2.7 T and a naturally aspirated 2.8. Yeah the HP is up there but it would still be a close race between a 330 and s4 with both doing 0-60 in 5.9 secs

yea thats the reason i dont want the 99, cuz its an e36.....and i guess the is300 is outa the question and so is the vette now cuz i dont think i can afford a z06, and as they said on the other posts, the interior ( which is a pretty big thing for me ) is cheap. so i guess its between the 330 and the s4....thanks for all your help so far!!
