Hey On our 325's do we check the trans oil?
If we do where the hell ?
Other owners tell me not to worry but i want to make sure from this board

That's the manual transmission. I'd do it every 30,000 miles on an automatic. It's supposed to be lifetime, but if you plan on keeping your car for a while, I wouldn't trust BMW's recommendation.

There is no dipstick on the Steptronic, at least since mine was built in March 2003.....

ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid) is rated for "lifetime" on most cars nowadays. But if you own the car and you want it to run for a long time, it's a good idea to replace it every 30K-50K as codex stated.
I believe for manual transmissions, you probably have to replace it more often.
