I've got a 2001 jet black 330 CiC with style 68 wheels. I need some new tires (currently the OEM ContiSports) so I'm thinking of upgrading the wheels too. Any suggestions on tires and wheels?

Thanks -- Ed

"Wheels & tires"

With the wheels, fast eddie, I would recommend ones that are easy to keep clean.

I clean the 10 double-spoke wheels every other day on my '04 'ZHP.'

There a real 'pain-in-the- [shake]' to keep clean but worth the effort, I think,

because clean wheels really add a touch of class to the overall look of the car...

paddyLV, hey what's up? What do you do to clean your wheels every other day? I am in the same boat as you and I just use a dry towel and wipe them down.

fast eddie, I think you should look into some BBS rims. Try to stay from all those chromies that are all show and no go, because nobody really likes them.

Thanks for the advice. I'm interested in looks and moving to 18" rims. I know what you all mean about cleaning as my current wheels are a real pain to clean,.

What do you think of the M3 10 spokes (style 67) or the new 5series rims (style 135)?

[wave] MrE,

I just put a towel down on my garage floor, take a seat in front of my wheel and use

Glass Plus and some paper towels...

The advantage we have around here is we see very little rain, this time of year.

The only thing I'm wiping off my wheels is the brake dust and not much else.

By the way, MrE [scratch] , how'd you make out with that ticket you got a few

months ago ???
