This sucks!!!! My engine started vibrating and the SES light came on today. I called the dealership and they said to bring in the car on March 8... I was like WTF? [boxface] I called back and said that you expect me to drive with this broken engine around for over a week, potentially doing more damage? This second guy was real cool, he said to bring it in and we'll do an emergency fix.

Hopefully I'll get the car back tomorrow. This dealership works at night as well. Some of the staff are very helpful. One girl tried to get me to pay for the loaner. When I said I'm not paying, and BMW's policy is your problem, not mine [nutkick] , this other adviser came by and said don't worry about it, we'll take care of everything for you.

It amazes me what they will try and get away with. Imagine if you had just said OK and did it their way.

man this pisses me off.

Good luck and welcome.

Yea, I've heard some horror stories at dealerships. Some people know how to provide good customer service, others don't, what can I say? I don't think I was asking for too much, considering how much these cars cost.

My brother has a 330 and mentioned that this particular dealership (certain people) will work very hard to please their clients, others are a pain in the a**.
