Weird occurances

I have two rather odd things that have been happening (well at least I think they are odd) with my 2001 325xi.
The first thing happens quite often: When I go to unlock the doors the driver door will unlock, but no other doors. Once inside the car, even pressing the unlock button on the inside does nothing, the only way to unlock the other doors is to manually pull the handle from the inside. The doors won't lock either...they do nothing. Is this something with my key or something else? I have two keys, but when I use the other one it messes things up and my seats start moving themsleves which I find creepier than the doors not unlocking. Should I get my keys reprogrammed?
The other thing just started happening: When I start the car, ya know it gives a few beeps. Well a few times the beeps are very high pitched like the car has a soar throat or something. It's definitely a different pitch than normal. Does anyone know what that is about? There are no unusual warning lights on the dash. Is my car possessed?

Oh, and I forgot to mention before, I have had trouble with the keys before. This summer I posted about how my seats moved themselves and adjusted the air. I never got the keys reprogrammed because I just started using the one key since my dealer is kind of a pain to get into unless there is a big problem. Maybe I really should go in there to get them reprogrammed though if this is related to that?

When you press your remote once, the driver's side door will unlock. If you press the second time on your remote, the remaining passenger's and rear door should unlocked after that. Does this happened if you press the remote the second time? If not then I guess you need to reprogram your key at the dealer.
