What are these three Lights above my eject button??

I need some help guys.. there are three lights above the eject button on my GPS system. Most of the time all of them are not lit, but sometimes when i get in my car and turn it on the middle one, which is red, is on. Any ideas what these lights are for? I am assuming they have something to do with the Assist.. but not sure.

on my car they indicate the status of my Blutooth phone kit.

Red (middle) - waiting to sync to phone
Green (right) - phone in use
dunno (left) - never noticed it on.
