What model is this?

Anybody have an idea what model the BMW in this picture is? Is it the new 3 series? Did they try to sneak in a picture? I came across this at the following BMW site for care products:

Thats the 3 Series Compact, also known as the TI series.

Well, after looking at some other sites ... don't think it's the new 3 series. Wonder what it is?

a little like the Mercedes E class.

Tom's right. After the first compact bombed (according to BMW) in the US, they didn't bring it back.

I still see one i awhile booting around. I was in europe in the summer and they seem popular over there. I agree with teh paint job too, it looks like water would just bead off that so nice!
