What Nav DVD version do you have?

I have 2002-1 that was given to me with my 2004 when I took delivery in 8/03. How lame. I want an updated version but don't want to shell out the $$ to the dealer for it.

Is there anyone out there around the Central Florida area that has a newer version than mine? I would love to burn a copy of a newer version. We have the technology.....

I just took delivery of may Nav equipped 330xi.

The car came with the 2003-2 update (when my car came in, I rushed to the dealer, and checked).

The gentleman who closed the deal with me was not my sales rep, and he couldn't find the Nav disk... so he gave me the 2002-1 disk he had in his desk (my rep was off that night, and I was eager to accept the car).

The next day, my sales rep called me and told me he had swiped the Nav disk which came with my car and hid it to ensure that I would get it.

I drove over and picked up version 2003-2 and it works great!

I had the same story - my 330cic '04 was delivered 08/01 with 2002-01 software. I called Navtech and been told that new rev. exists and dealer should have it. I made some noise (why you ship 04 car with 2002 soft, etc. bla-bla-bla!) in a dealership and they gave me 2003-02 for free. Do the same, good luck!
