I have a 2003 325i with sport pkg. Lowered with HR springs by 3/4" at front & 1/4" at rear.

Withat that in mind. What is the best 18" rim size that I can get for it? Should I get 18x8 or 18x8.5 or other? And what tire sizes?

With my car not lowered, I got 18x8. For the tires, I wanted something wider, so instead of the 225 width, I got 235 (some get 245--if so, you may want 18x8.5). Actually, now that I think about it, the tire walls may rub your inner wheel well w/ 8.5's, because my rears are pretty close.

Anyways, I wanted to keep the same overall profile so that my speedometer would still be accurate. Therefore, my tire is 235/40/18. Like I said before, there isn't much clearance with the rear tires...so, a 45 profile may not even be an option (esp since you lowered).

BTW, how do you like your dinan upgrade. I believe they're a bit pricey, so is it worth the $?

Thanks for the tip on the 18's. I'm also considering 19's. But I'm not too sure yet if 19's is the way to go. I hear that the 19's has much harsher ride quality. Anyone care to comment?

Your right Dinan is bit pricey. I have Dinan's free flow exhaust, and RD cold air Intake. The sound is wonderful. Sound is not load or obscene but enough to be noticed. But if I had to do it over again, I would have picked UUC's Twin exhaust.

It really depends on the offset of the wheels you're running, as to what size will fit back there without a fender roll. I believe the sports/premium package cars come with the 'staggered' setup with 245's in the rear. ZHP's come stock with 255's in the rear on 8.5's. Again it's all about the wheel offset. I'm on 18x8's, with a fairly aggressive drop (1.9" front, 1.7" rear) and had only the 'slightest' bit of rubbing only in corners when really pushing it. An adjustment, and slight camber change in the front and I'm all good now.

19's can be bumpy, but then again so are 18's. It's not the wheel, rather the lack of rubber in-between you and the road. Bigger the tire, the thinner the rubber. It the ride is extremely important, (IE comfort ride) I'd not get bigger than 17's(imho). 19's - you'll likely need a fender roll to accomodate them on anything other than an M, BUT it is possible to pull it off w/o the roll - knowing your offset, is your key!
