I have a 2000 BMW 328i, and I recently ordered the clear lens kit from bimmian. They come with those platinumvision 2.0 bulbs which according to various posts, they melt the light casings. So I hear that the philips silvervisions are the way to go, but I cant seem to find a place to order them from. All i need are some silvervisions for my 4 corners and two side ones. If anyone can give me a url, please do.

thanks for the help

Thanks guys. It appears that the same bulbs are used for both the front and back turn signal lights, so either the silvervision or silver fusion will work. I havent seen any silvervision side marker lights, so I might have to go with the silver fusion for those.

I definatley do not want to take a chance with my clears melting due to the platinum vision bulbs. But does anyone know if the side marker platinum vision bulbs from bimmian melt the side markers?

Also, are my OEM bulbs clear? or amber? Cause I guess if amber I could spray paint them silver, at least the side markers to save some money.

The bulbs really aren't that much money - you'll probably put in more effort and have less effect if you paint them. I hear that if you paint them, when the bulb goes, it can damage the lens and it's a b*itch to fix.
