Window off Track need help??

My window makes a loud cracking noise when it goes up and down. I have had regulator problems and i dont think this is a regulator. I think the window is just off the track. Does anybody know if i can fix it myself and if so how do i take off the door panel. Please help me......................

I just started having the same problem with my passenger window. I will go up and down, but i very jerky. It seems like it is in a bind and straining. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this. Thanks for any help.
