My 84 318i has haunted windshield wipers? Sometimes they work okay, but mostly, they wipe once then stop, no matter what position the switch-arm is in. Also, sometimes they operate when the cruise control lever is touched or the cc is activated! What should I do to evaluate/fix this? Where can I get replacement parts?
