With a NEW bumper, MUST I paint?

Im thinking of upgrading my bumper...Will I need to paint it in order to match the car exactly? Or can I just bolt it on and go?

The best price I have found is about $550. Does this sound reasonable?

PLEASE paint it. Don't disgrace your bimmer by driving around with a white or gray bumper like SO many ricers do.

The price sounds reasonable. Add a several hundred $$ for painting.

Dude,

do NOT buy that bumper (I´m talking about a front bumper, not back side). I had damage on my front bumper and the dealer repaired the damage. The bill was specified and the price for an unpainted front bumper was 245 euros. Even though the exchange rate is shitty this still only equals roughly 330 dollars. And European prices are usually certainly not cheeper than American ones.

what bumper are you planning on getting anyway? only thing i'd suggest is the M-tek bumper. but the one on your stock ci looks nice as well. imo anyway..

i think you should get a matching door panel to complete that "look"
unpainted, or rust.. both choices are compelling, no?
